• Application refers to IHMA, the software program provided by National Agency for Social Protection
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to IHMA, 100105, Tashkent city, Mirobod district, Yangizamon 3-tor street, 1-house.
• Country refers to: Uzbekistan
• Device means any device that can access IHMA.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the National Agency for Social Protection. Individuals employed by the National Agency for Social Protection to facilitate IHMA, to provide IHMA on behalf of National Agency for Social Protection, to perform services related to IHMA or to assist National Agency for Social Protection in analyzing how the IHMA is used.

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

Our mobile application is committed to protecting children from any form of sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit such content and will promptly remove it when detected, and, if necessary, report it to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
